The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA) and the host South Central Calhoun Titans (Lake City, IA), observed Northwest Webster's basketball team overwhelm South Central Calhoun by a score of 75-44.

The Cougars (16-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsley-Pierson (Kingsley, IA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Kingsley-Pierson trounced West Monona (Onawa, IA), 68-62, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans encounter the East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) in a Twin Lakes challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. South Central Calhoun will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 46-42 league loss to Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA).
