The Owensboro Red Devils basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Owensboro Catholic Aces to 45 in the Red Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now possess a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Lyon County for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Owensboro will play a Lyons team coming off a 59-38 non-league loss to Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Lyons record now stands at 17-6.

With the loss, Owensboro Catholic falls to 14-8 on the campaign. The Aces host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to play the Panthers in a District 9 game on Friday, February 14. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 17-5. Daviess County won 65-42 in their recent non-league game against Ohio County (Hartford, KY)
