The Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) basketball were winner over the visiting St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC), 56-44 in Friday's league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 16-8 record. They play next when they travel to Southside Christian for a AAA Region 2 bout on Tuesday, February 11. Powdersville will play a Sabres team coming off a 55-49 league win over Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC). The Sabres record now stands at 11-11.
With the loss, St. Joseph's Catholic falls to 13-6 on the year. The Knights travel to Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC) to face the Cavaliers in a AAA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, February 11. The Cavaliers enter the outing with a record of 16-5. Christ Church Episcopal won 54-47 in their recent league outing against Palmetto (Williamston, SC)
