The Saint Jo Panthers basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Prairie Valley Bulldogs to 39 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 17-13 record. They play next when they host Midway for a 1A Region III District 18 game on Tuesday, February 11.

With the loss, Prairie Valley falls to 2-21 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Forestburg (Forestburg, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a 1A Region III District 18 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Longhorns go into the game with a record of 20-6. Forestburg won 73-30 in their recent league game against Gold-Burg (Bowie, TX)
