The Somerville Yeguas basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Snook Bluejays to 34 in the Yeguas league triumph on Friday.

The Yeguas now have a 5-19 record. They play next when they host Hearne for a 2A Region IV District 26 game on Tuesday, February 11. Somerville will confront a Eagles team coming off a 46-38 league loss to Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 23-5.

With the loss, Snook falls to 16-14 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Burton (Burton, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 2A Region IV District 26 game on Monday, February 10. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 11-14. Burton won 76-60 in their recent league game against Somerville (Somerville, TX)
