The West Branch Bears basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Wilton Beavers to 64 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now possess a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Tipton for a River Valley game on Tuesday, February 11. West Branch will play a Tigers team coming off a 75-58 non-league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-9.

With the loss, Wilton falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Beavers host Alburnett (Alburnett, IA) to play the Pirates in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 16-4. Alburnett lost 68-55 in their recent non-league game against Marquette (Bellevue, IA)
