In Friday's league contest, the host South Mountain Jaguars basketball team scored a good 54-46 triumph over the Browne Bruins.
The Jaguars (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Panthers go into the contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Maryvale topped Camelback (Phoenix, AZ), 56-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bruins confront the West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Browne will attempt to better on its 2-14 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 70-36 non-league loss to Basha (Chandler, AZ).
