In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Allendale Falcons basketball team scored a big 60-27 win over the Sparta Spartans.

The Falcons (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Whitehall smashed Oakridge (Muskegon, MI), 45-34, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Sparta will attempt to better on its 0-17 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 64-45 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, MI).
