The Berryhill Chiefs (Tulsa, OK) basketball edged the host Sperry Pirates (Sperry, OK), 52-45 in Friday's league bout.
The Chiefs now possess a 15-7 record. They play next when they travel to Kiefer for a Tulsa Seven bout on Tuesday, February 11. Berryhill will play a Trojans team coming off a 48-18 league win over Cushing (Cushing, OK). The Trojans record now stands at 16-3.
With the loss, Sperry falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Dewey (Dewey, OK) to play the Bulldoggers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. The Bulldoggers go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Dewey won 49-35 in their recent league bout against Caney Valley (Ramona, OK)
