In Friday's league test, the Sheridan Spartans (Sheridan, OR) basketball squad defeated the visiting Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR), by a score of 50-42.
Next, the Spartans clash with the Santiam Christian Eagles (Corvallis, OR) in a 3A PacWest test, on Tuesday, February 11. Sheridan will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 7-16 record after their 73-28 league loss to Amity (Amity, OR).
The Cavaliers (6-17) will now prepare for their test against Sheridan (Sheridan, OR). The Spartans come into the 3A PacWest test with a 9-11 record.
