Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) fans went home pleased Friday as they observed their basketball team overwhelm the host Blue Mountain Bucks (Wells River, VT), 66-26 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Rutland (West Rutland, VT). The Golden Horde come into the non-league challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, West Rutland trounced Hazen (Hardwick, VT), 54-49, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bucks encounter the Richford Falcons (Richford, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Blue Mountain will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record.
