The Howell Highlanders basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Brighton Bulldogs to 46 in the Highlanders league triumph on Friday.

The Highlanders (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Eagles go into the Kensington Lakes - West contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Hartland nipped Plymouth (Canton, MI), 40-25, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Plymouth Wildcats (Canton, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - West contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Brighton will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 40-25 league loss to Hartland (Hartland, MI).
