In Friday's league contest, the visiting Muskegon Big Reds basketball team scored a close 32-28 triumph over the Byron Center Bulldogs.
The Big Reds (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Caledonia (Caledonia, MI). The Fighting Scots go into the Ottawa-Kent - Green contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Caledonia nipped Jenison (Jenison, MI), 51-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Reeths-Puffer Rockets (Muskegon, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Green contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Byron Center will attempt to better on its 0-17 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 40-28 league loss to Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI).
