Georgia High School Basketball - Callaway can't hold off Morgan County

Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA), 42-35 in a league match.

With the victory, Morgan County advances its record to 15-9 on the year. The Bulldogs host Westside (Macon, GA) to face the Seminoles in a AA Region 2 match on Saturday, February 8. The Seminoles enter the match with a record of 14-8. Westside won 55-23 in their recent non-league match against Howard (Macon, GA)

The Cavaliers now own a 13-8 record.
