North Carolina High School Basketball - Chatham Charter nudges Southern Wake Academy

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC) and the host Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC), observed Chatham Charter's basketball team edge Southern Wake Academy by a score of 36-29.
The Knights (11-14) will now prepare for their challenge against River Mill (Graham, NC). The Jaguars come into the 1A Central Tar Heel challenge with a 3-21 record. In their last challenge, River Mill was tipped by Ascend Leadership (Sanford, NC), 31-26, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions encounter the Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) in a 1A Central Tar Heel challenge, on Friday, February 14. Southern Wake Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record.
