In Friday's non-league contest, the host CREC [Civic Leaderdship/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering/Metropolitan Learning Center] Colts basketball team scored a big 61-17 win over the Classical Magnet Gladiators.
The Colts (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against East Granby (East Granby, CT). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record.
In their next game, the Gladiators battle the Bridgeport International Academy/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Bridgeport, CT) in a Capitol Region contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Classical Magnet will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record.
