The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the North Greene Huskies (Greeneville, TN) and the host Cloudland Highlanders (Roan Mountain, TN), observed North Greene's basketball team overcome Cloudland by a score of 35-24.
The Huskies (22-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hancock County (Sneedville, TN). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 0-17 record. In their last challenge, Hancock County dropped by Cosby (Cosby, TN), 57-36, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Hampton Bulldogs (Hampton, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Cloudland will attempt to improve on its 12-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 20-7 record after their 56-43 non-league loss to Gate City (Gate City, VA).
