New York High School Basketball - Marcellus overwhelms Cortland

The Marcellus Mustangs basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Cortland Purple Tigers to 37 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Mexico for a Section 3 Liberty game on Saturday, February 8.
With the loss, Cortland falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Purple tigers travel to Skaneateles (Skaneateles, NY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Lakers go into the game with a record of 4-8. Skaneateles lost 36-21 in their recent non-league game against Phoenix (Phoenix, NY)
