The Dolphins (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Hickory was routed by Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA), 48-43, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Cox will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 55-7 league win over Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA).
