The Crest Chargers basketball squad (Shelby, NC), was crushed 63-41 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC)

With the victory, Stuart W. Cramer advances its record to 20-2 on the year. The Storm host Huss (Gastonia, NC) to meet the Huskies in a 3A Big South battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Huskies enter the battle with a record of 16-4. Huss won 62-53 in their recent league battle against South Point (Belmont, NC)

The Chargers now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Point for a 3A Big South battle on Tuesday, February 11. Crest will meet a Red Raiders squad coming off a 62-53 league loss to Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 15-6.
