The New Hampton Chickasaws basketball squad (New Hampton, IA), lost 75-67 in Friday's league battle with the host Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA)
With the victory, Crestwood advances its record to 13-7 on the year. The Cadets travel to Waukon (Waukon, IA) to meet the Indians in a Northeast Iowa battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Indians enter the battle with a record of 14-7. Waukon lost 53-37 in their recent non-league battle against Riceville (Riceville, IA)
The Chickasaws now own a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudson for a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. New Hampton will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 61-50 league win over Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 15-6.
