The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Freedom Prep Academy Eagles (Memphis, TN) and the host Fairley Bulldogs (Memphis, TN), observed Freedom Prep Academy's basketball team overwhelm Fairley by a score of 46-16.

The Eagles (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mitchell (Memphis, TN). The Tigers come into the 2A District 16 challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Mitchell trounced Sheffield (Memphis, TN), 51-18, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Bluff City Gray Wolves (Memphis, TN) in a 2A District 16 challenge, on Monday, February 10. Fairley will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Gray Wolves come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 53-29 league win over Sheffield (Memphis, TN).
