The Los Altos Eagles basketball squad (Los Altos, CA), was outscored 35-27 in Friday's league battle with the host Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA)

With the victory, Fremont advances its record to 9-12 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Homestead (Cupertino, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test on Tuesday, February 11. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 7-14. Homestead lost 62-29 in their recent league test against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)

The Eagles (6-16) will now prepare for their test against Milpitas (Milpitas, CA). The Trojans come into the Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Milpitas beat Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 42-27, in a league test.
