In Friday's league test, the Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR) basketball squad trounced the host South Umpqua Lancers (Myrtle Creek, OR), by a score of 47-22.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Douglas Trojans (Winston, OR) in a 3A Far West test, on Tuesday, February 11. Glide will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record.
The Lancers (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Sutherlin (Sutherlin, OR). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Far West test with a 14-7 record. In their last test, Sutherlin was routed by Cascade Christian (Medford, OR), 44-28, in a non-league test.
