The Marshall Redhawks overwhelmed the visiting Hastings Saxons basketball team by a margin of 68-29 in Friday's league contest.
The Redhawks (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest (Jackson, MI). The Mounties go into the Interstate 8 contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Northwest was trounced by Coldwater (Coldwater, MI), 63-21, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Saxons battle the Western Panthers (Parma, MI) in a Interstate 8 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Hastings will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 15-1 record after their 57-36 league win over Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI).
