The Hernando Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Oxford Chargers to 45 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now possess a 21-6 record. They play next when they host Clinton for a non-league bout on Friday, February 14.
With the loss, Oxford falls to 21-7 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Germantown (Madison, MS) to play the Mavericks in a non-league test on Friday, February 14. The Mavericks come into the test with a record of 14-13.
