In Friday's non-league test, the Jay Bulldogs (Jay, OK) basketball squad defeated the visiting Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK), by a final score of 48-35.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Kansas Comets (Kansas, OK) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 8. Jay will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Comets come into the test with a 10-4 record after their 64-31 league loss to Adair (Adair, OK).
