The Malta Mustangs (Malta, MT) basketball crushed the visiting Wolf Point Wolves (Wolf Point, MT), 63-42 in Friday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Glasgow for a B District 2 bout on Saturday, February 8. Malta will play a Scotties team coming off a 54-48 league loss to Poplar (Poplar, MT). The Scotties record now stands at 7-8.
The Wolves (4-10) will now prepare for their outing against Harlem (Harlem, MT). The Wildcats come into the B District 2 outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, Harlem was overwhelmed by Hays-Lodge Pole (Hays, MT), 56-41, in a non-league outing.
