With the victory, St. Joseph Academy upgrades its record to 20-6 on the year. The Bloodhounds host St. Joseph (Victoria, TX) to face the Flyers in a TAPPS 5A District 3 match on Monday, February 10. The Flyers enter the match with a record of 12-15. St. Joseph lost 40-28 in their recent league match against Saint Mary's Hall (San Antonio, TX)

The Provets now sport a 0-29 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Anthony for a TAPPS 5A District 3 match on Tuesday, February 11. Providence Catholic will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 46-37 league win over St. Augustine (Laredo, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 24-8.
