The Sonora Wildcats basketball squad (Sonora, CA), was nudged 32-25 in Friday's league battle with the host Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA)

With the victory, Ripon advances its record to 17-9 on the year. The Indians host Escalon (Escalon, CA) to meet the Cougars in a Trans Valley League battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 15-10. Escalon won 64-21 in their recent league battle against Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ripon Christian for a Trans Valley League battle on Thursday, February 13.
