In Friday's league contest, the visiting Taylor Tigers basketball team scored a good 10-0 triumph over the Strong Bulldogs.

The Tigers (23-4) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Hill (Hope, AR). The Bears go into the non-league contest with a 15-12 record. In their last contest, Spring Hill topped Caddo Hills (Norman, AR), 38-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Dermott Rams (Dermott, AR) in a 1A Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Strong will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 7-15 record after their 44-34 non-league loss to Hermitage (Hermitage, AR).
