The Westover Wolverines defeated the visiting Western Harnett Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 40-24 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Wolverines clash with the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) in a 3A/4A All-American bout, on Tuesday, February 11. Westover will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Golden Bulls go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 70-46 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC).
With the loss, Western Harnett falls to 5-16 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A/4A All-American bout on Tuesday, February 11.
