The Eastland Cougars (Lanark, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL), 36-12 in Friday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Polo for a bout on Tuesday, February 11. Eastland will play a Marcos team coming off a 29-18 league loss to Eastland (Lanark, IL). The Marcos record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Morrison falls to 1-5 on the campaign.
