The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) and the host Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA), observed Rappahannock County's basketball team knock off Page County by a score of 21-12.

The (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Luray (Luray, VA). The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Luray prevailed over Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA), 59-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Strasburg Rams (Strasburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Page County will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 34-23 non-league win over Stonewall Jackson (Quicksburg, VA).
