With the victory, Cherryville advances its record to 9-7 on the year.
The Rams now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bessemer City for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 12. Highland Tech will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 74-15 league loss to Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 3-11.
