The East Wilkes Cardinals basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting North Stokes Vikings to 40 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Wilkes for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12.

With the loss, North Stokes falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) to confront the Sauras in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Sauras go into the game with a record of 13-0. South Stokes won 63-44 in their recent non-league game against Starmount (Boonville, NC)
