The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets to 35 in the Flying Flucos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Flying Flucos now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Charlottesville for a non-league game on Monday, February 10. Fluvanna County will play a Black Knights team coming off a 55-50 non-league win over Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Black Knights record now stands at 15-4.

With the loss, Orange County falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Fighting hornets travel to Monticello (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 14-6. Monticello lost 36-34 in their recent non-league game against Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA)
