With the victory, New Hanover advances its record to 13-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Kinston (Kinston, NC) to meet the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 10-5. Kinston won 66-53 in their recent non-league match against South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC)

The Buccaneers now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Brunswick for a match on Tuesday, February 11. Laney will meet a Scorpions squad coming off a 66-57 non-league loss to West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Scorpions record now stands at 11-10.
