With the victory, North Stanly advances its record to 7-7 on the year. The Comets travel to Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Monday, February 10. The Knights enter the match with a record of 0-14. Gray Stone Day lost 55-17 in their recent non-league match against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC)

The Tigers now own a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Mount Pleasant will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 55-35 non-league win over South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-2.
