North Carolina High School Basketball - Ragsdale toppled by Southwest Guilford

Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC), 44-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Southwest Guilford upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Grimsley (Greensboro, NC) to face the Whirlies in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Whirlies enter the match with a record of 12-2. Grimsley won 53-39 in their recent non-league match against Page (Greensboro, NC)

The Tigers now sport a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Guilford for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Ragsdale will face a Vikings squad coming off a 50-39 league win over Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 10-7.
