Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX), 6-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Tascosa moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Plainview (Plainview, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Region 1 District 3 test on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-8. Plainview 2-2 in their recent league test against Lubbock (Lubbock, TX)

The Mustangs now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Monterey for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 11. Coronado will clash with a Plainsmen team coming off a 1-1 league Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Plainsmen record now stands at 10-0.
