The Immaculata Spartans basketball team (Somerville, NJ), was nudged 58-54 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ)
The Raiders now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 12. Hillsborough will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Delran (Delran, NJ). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-7.
The Spartans (7-11) will now prepare for their battle against The Pingry School (Martinsville, NJ). The Big Blue come into the non-league battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, The Pingry School edged Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ), 59-37, in a league battle.
