The Middletown Mustangs (Middletown, CA) basketball crushed the host Willits Wolverines (Willits, CA), 65-22 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (18-3) will now prepare for their test against Roseland University Prep (Santa Rosa, CA). The Knights go into the North Central I test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Roseland University Prep was trounced by St. Helena (St. Helena, CA), 86-66, in a league test.

The Wolverines now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Kelseyville for a North Central I test on Thursday, February 10. Willits will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 55-50 league win over Fort Bragg (Fort Bragg, CA). The Knights record now stands at 10-11.
