Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pine Grove Cardinals (Pine Grove, PA) and the visiting Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA), saw Pine Grove's basketball squad overcome Panther Valley by a tally of 40-29.
With the victory, Pine Grove improves its record to 7-12 on the campaign.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Lehighton Indian (Lehighton, PA) in a Schuylkill County 1 challenge, on Friday, February 11. Panther Valley will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Indian come into the challenge with a 5-17 record after their 46-45 league loss to North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA).
