California High School Basketball - Pleasant Valley knocked off by Foothill

The Foothill Cougars basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Pleasant Valley Vikings to 36 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Bluff for a contest on Thursday, February 10. Foothill will battle a Spartans team coming off a 52-44 league loss to Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-7.
The Vikings (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chico (Chico, CA). The Panthers enter the contest with a 16-11 record. In their last contest, Chico ran past Enterprise (Redding, CA), 51-21, in a league contest.
