The Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) basketball crushed the host Horton Chargers (Horton, KS), 57-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Chargers (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Pleasant Ridge (Easton, KS). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Pleasant Ridge was trounced by Jackson Heights (Holton, KS), 36-19, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Atchison County for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 15. Horton will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 41-14 non-league win over McLouth (McLouth, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 14-3.
