Virginia High School Basketball - Richlands ripped by Marion

The Marion Scarlet Hurricanes basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Richlands Blue Tornado to 29 in the Scarlet Hurricanes league triumph on Tuesday.
The Scarlet Hurricanes now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Virginia for a Southwest contest on Friday, February 11. Marion will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 51-43 league win over Graham (Bluefield, VA). The Bearcats record now stands at 10-10.
The Blue Tornado (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Graham (Bluefield, VA). The G-Men enter the Southwest contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Graham was routed by Virginia (Bristol, VA), 51-43, in a league contest.
