Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Irving Tigers (Irving, TX), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Richardson Eagles (Richardson, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 7 challenge, on Thursday, February 10. Pearce will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 4-2 league win over MacArthur (Irving, TX).
The Tigers now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dallas Jesuit for a 6A Region 1 District 7 challenge on Friday, February 11. Irving will confront a Rangers team coming off a 0-0 league Berkner (Richardson, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 5-4.
