Onondaga Tigers (Nedrow, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Rebels (Parish, NY), 57-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Onondaga upgrades its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Lafayette (LaFayette, NY) to play the Lancers in a Section 3 Onondaga - Patriot National bout on Friday, February 10. The Lancers come into the bout with a record of 11-6. Lafayette won 76-48 in their recent league bout against Pulaski (Pulaski, NY)
