Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Poyen Indians (Poyen, AR), 61-29 in a league bout.
With the win, Bigelow upgrades its record to 21-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Quitman (Quitman, AR) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-17.
Next up, the Indians clash with the Blevins Hornets (Blevins, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Poyen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 4-18 record after their 79-41 non-league loss to Legacy Academy (Lockesburg, AR).
